Q - Question A - Answer :)

Q: Have you been enjoying your time at Ashley Hall?

A: I've been greatly enjoying teaching at Ashley Hall! I get a lot of support from my mentors and colleagues. The students have been great and (most) have been eager to learn. I am looking forward to the rest of the year!

Q: Where are you from?

A: I am originally from Huntsville, Alabama. I got my undergraduate degree at Mississippi State and my graduate degree at Georgia State.

Q: Why did you want to be a physics teacher?

A: Physics is a huge passion and "nerd out" subject for me. I subscribe to many physics Youtube channels, scientific journals, and articles. I love learning about the fundamentals of how our universe works. I also have a passion for teaching.

Q: Have you always wanted to be a physics teacher? If not, what did you want to pursue instead?

A: Definitely not. I thought I was going to be an engineer (reason for bachelor's degree in engineering) or some kind of gadget or widget designer. Even an inventor at one point. I later realized that my passion was for teaching.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

A: Anything from a much better, more experienced teacher all the way to advising on how standard curriculum is designed and developed.

Q: Where do you get your fashion inspiration from?

A: *Points at blazer* I think this was popular in Asian casual fashion. I really like the look.

Q: What kind of car do you drive and why?

A: A 1999 Mazda Miata MX-5 otherwise known as the Miata. Very fun to drive. I like driving. I would like to race my car at some point!

Q: Because this is our October edition, do you have any costume ideas for Halloween?

A: I was just thinking about this the other day! I want to plan a cosplay because I have done cosplay before, and I usually try to go all out! But no, I do not have a costume idea yet.

Q: Last question, what would your final meal be?

A: I might be too preoccupied having an existential crisis to be eating food but I really like Thai food so it would probably be a Thai dish. I think I would choose drunken noodles. I would just drink water with that because any other drink would clash with that.
