Panthers VolleyBall 2022-2023

The Varsity volleyball team concluded their 2022-2023 season on Saturday, October 22 after their loss to Ben Lippen at the state tournament. The Panthers ended with 12 wins overall this season. Ashley Hall is ranked #8 in the SC Class SCISA AAAA and #3 in the SCISA AAA Region III class.

The volleyball team celebrated seniors Eads Hubbell and Eva Gallagher on October 18th. “This past season has been my favorite yet on the Varsity Volleyball team. I had so much fun with each one of my teammates and I am so sad that the season is over," Eads said. "Although we didn’t go to the State Championships, I feel like this entire season was a win. I know that the team is going to slay next year and I wouldn't be surprised if they brought home the State trophy. I will miss my best friends and all of their silly antics. Lady Panthers for life!”

Eva will also miss the friendships and fun. “As much as I’ve loved each team that I’ve been on, this group of girls made this past year beyond memorable, which makes this season that much harder to walk away from. The bond and friendships we created this year made each practice, game, and tournament that much more entertaining. Eads was the best co-captain I could’ve asked for. Not only was she there to make sure I woke up on time, but she was there for every up and down that the team faced. Believe me, there were times that each and every one of us wanted to call it a day and go home, but I truly believe it was every member of the team that kept us going. It was the best last season I could’ve asked for, the Lady Panthers are family to me forever. #slayitup”

The Panthers #slayed this season and we’re excited to see what’s in store for them next year!
